Almost Washington State (WHN) September 11, 2024. Fox News contributor Mollie Hemingway shared calls by her colleague at The Federalist, Sean Davis, for ABC News to lose its broadcasting license and for its two presidential debate moderators to be “criminally charged for illegal contributions to the Harris campaign.”

Apparently, Fox News feels that journalists are NOT allowed to challenge Mr. Trump's outright lies. Moderator David Muir stated for the record that there was NO factual evidence of illegal (or legal) immigrants stealing dogs and cats to eat while Moderator Linsey Davis stated that no states allow for the post birth 'abortion' of babies.

Mainstream media sources report that Mr. Trump told over 30 blatant lies during the debate while Vice President Harris told 1 lie [which was more a mistake conflating the Great Depression (1930s) with the Great Recession (2008)].

I mean, since when is it the role of journalism to report the truth?

Among the more impressive revelations disclosed by Mr. Trump during the debate, were his contributions to the field of medicine. Mr. Trump told America that in his first term he personally saved Obamacare .... despite his support of lawsuits claiming ObamaCare was unconstitutional and his support of House and Senate Republicans efforts to kill the program.  It is strange how Washington works.... Killing to save?

Ah, kind of like abortion to save the mother's life!

Speaking of abortion, during the debate, many Americans [EDITOR: and foreigners, eh, Canadians!] discovered that, according to MAGA Republicans, post-birth abortions are, apparently, rampant in Democratic states.  Mr. Trump assured America that his administration would put a stop to this.  In the spin room post-debate, Mr. Trump shared a photo of him raiding and undisclosed abortion ward at a San Francisco Hospital where babies were selected for abortion.  Per Mr. Trump, "Not all babies were selected for post-birth abortion... only the non-hispanic, non-black, or non-Asian babies were selected by the Democrats to be aborted. Despite my severe bone spurs, I managed to kick butt and save those beautiful ivory skin babies, and obviously future Republican voters, from demonic abortion. This is the worst form of voter suppression I've ever seen and as President I will sign an Executive Order to ban the practice!"

FOX NEWS has jumped to Mr. Trump's defense highlighting Vice President Kamala Harris insensitivity to the dire emergencies noted by Mr. Trump during the debate.  Per one Fox News host, "Kamala probably eats deep fried kitty legs while sabotaging ObamaCare and aborting 1 week old babies.... Just like Hillary does!"

POST DEBATE, Mr. Trump immediately claimed it was his best debate ever and that the polls (citing a number of apparently nonexistent and imaginary polls) showed that he won the debate against Ms. Harris by a landslide!  Among the Trump surrogates joining Mr. Trump in the "Post Debate Spin Room"  were Jack Posobiec, Chaya Raichik and Rogan O'Handley. Mr. Posobiec is best known for pushing the false, and truly bizarre Pizzagate conspiracy that claimed prominent Democrats were running a child sex ring out of a nonexistent basement of a pizza joint in Washington, D.C. Mr. Posobiec has more recently co-authored a book (Unhumans) claiming 'progressives' lack humanity which has been praised by JD Vance, Mr. Trump's running mate.  Ms. Raichik  is the founder of Libs of TikTok, the anti-transgender X account which has been accused of inspiring harassment campaigns and even bomb threats.  Mr. O'Handley is conservative commentator who, in late 2023, exploited football player Damar Hamlin's freak mid-game cardiac arrest to boost anti-vaccine conspiracies.  

Trump's debate performance was likely influenced by Laura Loomer - a far, far-right MAGA and white nationalist activist who flew with Mr. Trump on his jet to the debate [EDITOR: Of note to JD Vance and others, Ms. Loomer is a childless cat lady; perhaps that explains her pet-centric focus].  Ms. Loomer had been actively pushing the pet-eating conspiracy online and, likely, to the former pResident on the flight.  Post-debate, to explain Ms. Harris's positive performance, Ms. Loomer has claimed that Vice President Harris had worn headphones disguised as earrings during the debate.  Strangely, Ms. Loomer accompanied Trump the day after to events commemorating the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks—an event she has described as an “inside job” done by the US government and Israeli agents.
